Refund policy
At PURO, we believe in thoughtful consumption and stand behind the quality of every product we create.
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all sales are considered final once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
• The product arrived damaged during transit.
• The incorrect product was received.
• The product arrived defective.
Any claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior written approval from PURO. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
We do not offer refunds for:
• Opened products
• Used products
• Products purchased incorrectly by the customer
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference, scent, texture, or individual skin response
• Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
PURO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
